Vision Payroll

Monday, January 19, 2009 will be the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., a federal holiday. Although the offices of Vision Payroll will be open and payrolls will be processed, most banks will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Payrolls dated January 19 will be paid January 16 unless a previous change in schedule has been submitted. Payrolls submitted after these processing deadlines will be pushed back until the next available processing day. No changes are required for payrolls dated January 22.

The next federal holiday will be Monday, February 16, 2009, Washington’s Birthday. Contact Vision Payroll as soon as possible to make changes to or for questions on your processing schedule.

Thursday, January 1, 2009 will be New Year’s Day, a federal holiday. The offices of Vision Payroll will close New Year’s Eve, December 31 at 2 pm and re-open Friday January 2. Most banks will also be closed in observance of the holiday. Payrolls dated January 1 will be paid December 31 unless a previous change in schedule has been submitted. Payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on December 29. For payrolls dated January 2, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on December 30. For payrolls dated January 5, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on December 30. Payrolls submitted after these processing deadlines will be pushed back until the next available processing day. Due to heavy USPS and UPS delivery requirements, we strongly recommend submitting payrolls during this time as early as practicable. UPS does not ship ground deliveries received on December 31 until January 2 so we do not recommend submitting payrolls on that date. No changes are required for payrolls dated January 6. Thursday, December 25, 2008 will be Christmas Day, a federal holiday. The offices of Vision Payroll will close Christmas Eve, December 24 at 2 pm and re-open Friday December 26. Most banks will also be closed in observance of the holiday. Payrolls dated December 25 will be paid December 24 unless a previous change in schedule has been submitted. Payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on December 22. For payrolls dated December 26, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on December 23. For payrolls dated December 29, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on December 23. Payrolls submitted after these processing deadlines will be pushed back until the next available processing day. Due to heavy USPS and UPS delivery requirements as well as limited bank hours and staffing, we strongly recommend submitting payrolls during this time as early as practicable. Most banks will also be closed in observance of the holiday. Payrolls dated November 27 will be paid November 26 unless a previous change in schedule has been submitted. Payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on November 24. For payrolls dated November 28, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on November 25. For payrolls dated December 1, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on November 26. Payrolls submitted after these processing deadlines will be pushed back until the next available processing day. No changes are required for payrolls dated December 2. There will be no UPS ground delivery on November 27 or November 28, so we strongly recommend submitting payrolls during this time as early as practicable. Tuesday, November 11, 2008 will be Veterans Day, a federal holiday. Although the offices of Vision Payroll will be open and payrolls will be processed, most banks will be closed in observance of the holiday. Payrolls dated November 11 will be paid November 10 unless a previous change in schedule has been submitted. Payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on November 6. For payrolls dated November 12, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on November 7. For payrolls dated November 13, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on November 10. Payrolls submitted after these processing deadlines will be pushed back until the next available processing day. No changes are required for payrolls dated November 14. Although the offices of Vision Payroll will be open and payrolls will be processed, most banks will be closed in observance of the holiday. Payrolls dated October 13 will be paid October 10 unless a previous change in schedule has been submitted. Payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on October 8. For payrolls dated October 14, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on October 9. For payrolls dated October 15, payroll changes and hours must be submitted before the processing deadline on October 10. Payrolls submitted after these processing deadlines will be pushed back until the next available processing day. No changes are required for payrolls dated October 16 or October 17.
