{"id":7423,"date":"2016-04-22T16:31:56","date_gmt":"2016-04-22T20:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/?p=7423"},"modified":"2016-04-22T16:31:56","modified_gmt":"2016-04-22T20:31:56","slug":"trouble-logging-in-to-run-payroll","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/2016\/04\/trouble-logging-in-to-run-payroll\/","title":{"rendered":"Trouble Logging In to Run Payroll?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you\u2019re having trouble logging in to run payroll, please clear your cache.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using Internet Explorer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Internet Explorer.<\/li>\n<li>From the <strong>Tools<\/strong> menu choose <strong>Internet Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>General<\/strong> tab, under <strong>Browsing history<\/strong>, click <strong>Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Un-check the <strong>Preserve Favorites website data<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n<li>Check the <strong>Temporary Internet files and website files<\/strong>, <strong>Cookies and website data<\/strong>, and <strong>History<\/strong> boxes.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Delete.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Privacy<\/strong> tab, under <strong>Settings<\/strong>, click <strong>Sites<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Address of website:<\/strong> box, type onlineemployer.com<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Allow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Close all open versions of Internet Explorer and reopen to apply updates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Using Google Chrome<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Chrome<\/li>\n<li>Press <em>Ctrl<\/em>+<em>Shift<\/em>+<em>Del<\/em><\/li>\n<li>In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for <strong>Cookies and other site and plugin data<\/strong> and <strong>Cached images and files<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete.
