The 4-week moving average was 360,000, an increase of 250 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 359,750.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment Rate Remains Unchanged<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate <\/strong>was 2.5% for the week ending December 22, unchanged from the prior week\u2019s unrevised rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment\u00a0Increases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment <\/strong>during the week ending December 22 was 3,245,000, an increase of 44,000 from the preceding week\u2019s revised level of 3,201,000.
