The 4-week moving average was 374,000, a decrease of 4,500 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 378,500.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment Rate Remains Unchanged<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate<\/strong> was 2.6% for the week ending September 15, unchanged from the prior week\u2019s unrevised rate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment Increases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment<\/strong> during the week ending September 15 was 3,271,000, a decrease of 4,000 from the preceding week\u2019s revised level of 3,275,000.
