The 4-week moving average was 417,000, a decrease of 5,250 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 422,250.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment Rate Remains Unchanged<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate <\/strong>was 3.0% for the week ending September 17, unchanged from the prior week\u2019s unrevised rate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment Decreases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment <\/strong>during the week ending September 17 was 3,729,000, a decrease of 20,000 from the preceding week\u2019s revised level of 3,749,000.
