The 4-week moving average was 405,000, a decrease of 3,250 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 408,250.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment Rate Decreases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate<\/strong> was 2.9% for the week ending July 30, a 0.1 percentage point decrease from the prior week\u2019s unrevised rate of 3.0%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance Seasonally Adjusted Insured Unemployment Decreases<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment<\/strong> during the week ending July 30 was 3,688,000, a decrease of 60,000 from the preceding week&#8217;s revised level of 3,748,000.
