The 4-week moving average was 463,500, a decrease of 500 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 464,000.<\/p>\n<p>The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate<\/strong> was 3.6% for the week ending June 5, an increase of 0.1 percentage points from the prior week\u2019s unrevised rate of 3.5 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment<\/strong> during the week ending June 5 was 4,571,000, an increase of 88,000 from the preceding week\u2019s revised level of 4,483,000.
