I have several employees that I hired who have signed <a href=\"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Form-W-11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Form W-11<\/a>. What information do I need to provide to <a href=\"mailto:info@visionpayroll.com\" target=\"_blank\">Vision Payroll<\/a> to qualify for the HIRE Act Credit? Answer: Under the HIRE Act, employers may avoid paying social security tax on qualified employees and receive an income tax credit for retaining those employees. Employers are required to obtain a signed affidavit from qualified employees. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">Internal Revenue Service (IRS)<\/a> has released <a href=\"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Form-W-11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Form W-11, Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act Employee Affidavit<\/a> that employers must have signed by eligible employees to claim the credit.
