The 4-week moving average was 470,750, a decrease of 3,500 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 474,250.<\/p>\n<p>The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate<\/strong> was 3.5% for the week ending February 20, a decrease of 0.1 percentage points from the prior week\u2019s revised rate of 3.6%.<\/p>\n<p>The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment<\/strong> during the week ending February 20 was 4,500,000, a decrease of 134,000 from the preceding week\u2019s revised level of 4,634,000.
