We have many employees whose native language is Spanish. They are better able to understand forms in Spanish than they are in English. The regular 2010 <a href=\"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/fw4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Form W-4<\/a> is available in English, but we can\u2019t find the Spanish version. When will <a href=\"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/fw4sp.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Form W-4 in Spanish<\/a> be available for 2010? Answer: The 2010 <a href=\"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/fw4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Form W-4, Employee\u2019s Withholding Allowance Certificate<\/a> was released last December. The Spanish equivalent, <a href=\"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/fw4sp.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Formulario W-4(SP), Certificado de Exenci\u00f3n de la Retenci\u00f3n del Empleado<\/a>, is generally not available until March or April. Therefore, expect the 2010 <a href=\"https:\/\/old.visionpayroll.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/fw4sp.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Formulario W-4(SP)<\/a> to be available sometime in the next two months.
