This week\u2019s question comes from Perry, an office manager. I\u2019ve registered my business with the Massachusetts Division of Unemployment Assistance (DUA). How do I register Vision Payroll<\/a> as my TPA in QUEST? Answer: Once you have completed activating your QUEST account on-line and established your permanent password and PIN at www.mass.gov\/uima<\/a>, log in to your account, select and execute the following:<\/p>\n

From the Employer Home page:<\/p>\n

Select the Account Maintenance page<\/p>\n

Select the Third Party Administrator (TPA) Authorization link<\/p>\n

Click the \u2018NEW\u2019 button<\/p>\n

Enter Vision Payroll\u2019s<\/a> ID Number 100028 and click \u2018NEXT\u2019<\/p>\n

Vision Payroll\u2019s<\/a> name will appear.<\/p>\n

Select the current day\u2019s date (mm\/dd\/yyyy) when asked when services are commencing<\/p>\n

Leave the service end date field blank<\/p>\n

Assign the following roles to Vision Payroll<\/a> by clicking on the appropriate boxes displayed:<\/p>\n
