The 4-week moving average was 473,750, a decrease of 7,750 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 481,500.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;\">The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate<\/strong> was 3.9% for the week ending November 28, a decrease of 0.2 percentage points from the prior week\u2019s unrevised rate of 4.1%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;\">The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment<\/strong> during the week ending November 28 was 5,157,000, a decrease of 303,000 from the preceding week\u2019s revised level of 5,460,000.
