The 4-week moving average was 514,000, a decrease of 6,500 from the previous week\u2019s revised average of 520,500.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">The advance seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment rate<\/strong> was 4.3% for the week ending November 7, unchanged from the prior week\u2019s unrevised rate of 4.3%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">The advance number for seasonally adjusted <strong>insured unemployment<\/strong> during the week ending November 7 was 5,611,000, a decrease of 39,000 from the preceding week\u2019s revised level of 5,650,000.
