The suit was filed against CEMEX, Inc., a Houston-based provider of cement and concrete products. Employees in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas were allegedly underpaid overtime hours for piece rate and incentive bonus pay.
